Lot Essay

Etude pour la figure de Psyché du tableau, Cupidon et Psyché, daté de 1741, conservé au Los Angeles Country Museum of Art (Ananoff, op. cit., 1976, p. 271, no. 152, fig. 498). Un dessin comparable et de technique similaire mais en sens inverse est conservé au National Museum, Stockholm (Ananoff, op.cit., 1966, p. 136, no. 480, fig. 96).
