In a rectangular gilt-bronze frame; together with: a gilt-bronze applique in the form of a male pilgrim, Italian, 16th century, on a modern Perspex base; and two gilt-bronze medals depicting Charles I of England and cardinal Richelieu, 17th century, after G, Dupré
