Lady Anne Horatia Seymour, née Waldegrave (1762-1801), in white dress with black lace shawl, black choker, white mob-cap set with blue ribbon, powdered curling hair
on ivory
oval, 2 9/16 in. (65 mm.) high, gold frame made by Hatfield & Sons in 1913, the reverse engraved 'Lady Horatia Waldegrave wife of Lord Hugh Seymour. Died 1801. Richard Cosway. R.A. Born 1740. Died 1821.'
