17 in. diameter white painted convex dial signed 'NICHOLAS DAVONTRY' (sic), blued steel hands (counterpoised minute), subsidiary seconds ring, with false plate to movement with tapering plates joined by four pillars, dead beat escapement and maintaining power, stamped 'NICHOLAS DAVENTRY' one weight, flat wood rod pendulum
