A SET OF FOUR EDWARD VII SILVER CANDLESTICKS IN 18TH CENTURY STYLE
MARK OF SEBASTIAN GARRARD, LONDON, 1907
Each square base with reeded canted corners, the tapering stems cast with foliage and terminating in a spool shaped socket with beaded nozzle, the base of each engraved with an initial 'A' below a viscounts coronet, the base of two further engraved with an inscription
9½ in. (24 cm.) high
65 oz. (2,020 gr.)
The inscription reads 'From the Tenantry May 23rd 1913'.

The initial is that of Albert Edward John Spencer, Viscount Althorp and later 7th Earl Spencer (1892-1975). (4)
