MARK OF ROBERT AND SAMUEL HENNELL, LONDON, 1804
Squat circular with a gadroon border, the hinged cover engraved with the Spencer crest below an earl's coronet and with a part-turned wood finial and a turned wood handle
9 in. wide
gross weight 13.4 oz. (416 gm.)
The crest is that of George John, 2nd Earl Spencer (1758-1834).
