Kangxi (1662-1722); the silver later
Painted with tear-drop shaped panels of scrolling foliage on a cracked-ice pattern ground, the neck encircled with a band of formal leaves and floral roundels, modelled with long spout and C-scroll handle, the handle mounted with band suspending a chain, the flat cover with similar decoration and knop finial, some restoration
