On spreading circular base decorated with a band of anthemion, the lower part of the circular bowl with applied palm leaves and flowers, the upper section with a stippled frieze applied with classical Roman attributes, the S-scrolled handles with rosettes and foliage, the slightly domed cover with similar frieze to the rim and centered with a swan finial
