A RARE ALTERED JADE BANGLE
EARLY 2ND MILLENIUM BC
Wider on one side and tapering towards the other, with a bow-string band around the circumference; together with two pendants made from bangle fragments, 2nd millenium BC, each later carved during the Shang dynasty with a taotie mask at one end, a plain area in front of the mask pierced, the longer pendant with remains of a bow-string band behind the mask
