Cockburn--Vintage 1955 Taken from bin marked "Cockburn 1955". Plain white metal capsules, corroded and damaged, no labels. Levels top-shoulder or better Tasting note: Good colour; nose dusty at first, then creamy, opening up richly, fragrantly; lovely flavour, lean touch, but refined and flowery. Long, dry finish, fragrant aftertaste. Last noted May 2002. At best **** M.B.
