In original wooden six-bottle cases
Tasting note: Limited production cuvée of 2001 Clos Figueras, a blend of 30 Grenache, 30 Carignan, 20 Merlot, 10 Syrah, and 10 Cabernet Sauvignon. Sadly, there are only 168 cases produced. It exhibits an inky purple colour, great richness, and tremendously intense, provocative aromas of black fruits, crushed stones, and flowers. Full-bodied, with fabulous richness, an expansive texture, and a long, firm, structured, well-delineated finish, it will be at its finest between 2008-2020.
