Edo Period (18th-19th century), signed Kashu ju Mitsuhisa saku
The russet-iron mask pierced with large eye-holes, embossed with curling eyebrows, deeply furrowed forehead and facial wrinkles, and with three odayori no kugi (cord hooks) under the chin, the two-tier sage (throat guard) of black-lacquered itazane, with signature under chin
