The shallow, circular dish decorated in polychrome enamels and gilt with figures at leisure on either side of a stream, a canopy of early-autumn maple leaves overhead, within a dense, gilt foliate border on a blue ground, the underside decorated with blue enamel and gilt branches along the edge; signed in a gilt square cartouche
