Carved on one side with an elderly scholar in a terraced garden beneath a blossoming prunus tree, his attendant by his side carrying a freshly cut branch over his shoulder, the reverse with a lengthy inscription followed by the signature 'Zigang', and one seal reading 'Lu', all beneath two stylized confronted chilong at the top, the plaque strung with a coral bead and seed pearls

'A sprig resembles snow on a cold mountain.
Forest and flowers have begun to bloom.
My former incarnation should be arriving.
In the moonlight, he brings me a letter.'
