A CELADON-GLAZED ARCHAISTIC HU-FORM VASE
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The bulbous body raised on a tall foot, and delicately carved with stylized taotie masks and yin and yang symbols reserved on a 'leiwen' ground, separated by vertical bands emerging from butterfly-form loop handles, all between borders of leaf-shaped lappets above and ruyi heads below
