Each painted with a central rose blooms within a berried laurel band, the rim with paired floral sprigs between blue-line and ovolo bands, gilt-line rim

The original watercolor drawing of these plates retained at the factory's archives note that they were part of project no. 124 and cost 15 livres.


Sophie Binet is recorded at Sèvres as a painter of flowers and patterns from 1779-98.

Antoine-Toussaint Cornailles is recorded as a flower painter and gilder at Sèvres from 1755-1800.

Nicolas Dutenda is recorded at Sèvres as a painter of ground colors, patterns and flowers from 1765-88 and 1790-1802.

Étienne-Gabriel Girard is recorded at Sèvres as a gilder and flower painter from 1762-1800.

Henri-Martin Prévost is recorded at Sèvres as a gilder from 1757-97.

Henry-François Vincent le jeune is recorded as a gilder at Sèvres from 1753-1800.
