With tapering blade of hollow triangular section, cast iron hilt comprising guard with lion-mask quillon-block and downturned serpentine quillons, and pommel decorated in relief with lion and human masks with button finial, and wire-bound grip, in original black leather covered iron mounted sheath with two suspension rings
