With swamped barrel signed 'MOORE', dated '1798' and with EIC heart-shaped 'chop', flat bevelled lock signed 'MOORE' beneath the pan and with further heart-shaped 'chop' and dated '1798' on the tail, regulation walnut full stock, regulation brass mounts including trigger-guard with spear-point finial, and later ramrod, London proof marks and EIC inspection marks; together with AN INDIAN .500 PERCUSSION CAVALRY PISTOL OF BRITISH SERVICE TYPE, DATED '1861', with sighted barrel, dated border engraved lock marked 'TOWER' and with 'VR' cypher, regulation type three-quarter stock, brass mounts, stirrup ramrod
