With enormous swamped barrel with raised bands at the rear of the breech, silver satyr-mask fore-sight, border and scroll engraved grooved tang, border and scroll engraved rounded lock signed 'I NORMAN', figured walnut full stock finely carved in relief with shells and scrollwork around the barrel-tang, the fore-end with five barrel-bolts, brass mounts including border and scroll engraved solid side-plate, cast and chased brass escutcheon, and brass-capped ramrod with worm
