With rebrowned barrel signed 'LONDON', grooved tang, flat bevelled lock signed 'KNUBLEY' and with stepped tail and roller, regulation type walnut three-quarter stock, regulation type brass mounts including butt-plate and trigger-guard, brass escutcheon engraved with the Pierrepoint crest, side-nails numbered '80', and iron ramrod, Tower private proof marks; together with a socket bayonet numbered '99'
