Converted from flintlock, each with tapering twist barrel with full length sighting flat stamped 'DUBLIN' towards the breech, drum and nipple breech conversion, flat bevelled lock stamped 'W&J RIGBY', the hammer engraved with scrollwork, walnut three-quarter stock with flattened butt, regulation type brass mounts, and iron stirrup ramrod, private Birmingham proof mark, Irish registration number 'T-Y 1270 1' for Tyrone
