One side of the lid with a seated winged Eros holding a phiale, a kneeling female holding a mirror in front, a mantle draped around her legs, the other side with a kneeling satyr holding phiale and mirror, tendrils and altar between them, a band of wave on the lid rim, adorsed palmettes on the knob handle, laurel on the rim of the bowl, details in added white
