The central panel of drop shape, the central roundel pierced and engraved with the names of God, Muhammad and 'Ali, each name repeated in smaller engraved roundels around, a large applied cusped cartouche bearing the name of God below the flaming finial, the 'alam enclosed within two stylized dragons with everted heads and entwined tails, the decoration identical on each side, resting on a slightly flaring shaft with pierced floral knop, upper spike broken, small loss to the foot, on stand
