Tile panels with a similar 'faux marble' design on green, blue and manganese are visible in the Privy Chambers in the Topkapi Palace built by Sinan under the reign of Sultan Murad III (1566-74). Others decorate the tomb of Sultan Selim II, built in 1576-77.
