With slightly recurved steel double-edged blade, each side with a series of ridges, the hilt of jade delicately carved in the form of a horse's head, the lower half of the hilt with gemset floral decoration, yellow velvet-covered sheath with metal-thread seam, velvet worn, blade re-fixed
