27 SC, with nickel finished lever movement, 18 jewels, bimetallic compensation balance, micrometer regulator, the matt silvered dial with applied Arabic and dot numerals, windows for day and month, one subsidiary dial indicating date combined with phases of the moon, sweep centre seconds, the circular case (No. 674373 Ref. 2497) with snap on back, downturned lugs, together with Patek Philippe certificate of origin, case, dial and movement signed
