With fully jewelled gilt finished lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, swan neck regulator, wolf's tooth winding, gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, the case (No. 238885) with engine turned back with a later added applied Australian 15 Dollar coin to the inside, chronograph button in the pendant, together with original fitted Patek Philippe leather presentation box, case, dial and movement signed
