Each formed as a scallop shell, engraved with a crest under lip, also with scratch weight and number, No. 2-2-23, No. 3-2-10, No. 4 2-12, each also engraved 21, marked on base

The crest and coronet is that of Carrington, for Robert Howe Smith (1752-1838), Baron Carrington of Bulcote, Ireland and Baron Carrington of Upton in Nottinghamshire.
