Shaped oblong, each side elaborately cast as a rococo cartouche, with fishscale and foliate scrolls and masks at each corner, two sides engraved with coat-of-arms, two sides engraved with crests, the cover chased with shells, grapes and roses, with dragon finial, marked on body and cover
