The plain cylindrical body resting on three silver-gilt pomegranate feet, the flat cover inset with a circular silver plaque embossed with a scene of a seated female figure holding a sceptre, another standing holding cornucopia, with flying dove above, representing Justice, Abundance and Peace, the scroll handle applied with pomegranate thumbpiece and terminating in a shield, marked on base
