Comprising a necklace, the front suspending five graduated flowers, each centering upon a circular-cut diamond and 18k gold pistil, extending circular-cut sapphire petals, from a sculpted gold and diamond stem, to the openwork gold neckchain, accented by sculpted gold and circular-cut diamond cones and buds; and a pair of ear clips en suite, mounted in 18k gold and platinum, necklace 16 ins., in a Tiffany & Co. black suede fitted case
