Lot Essay

The inscription reads:
'Yu zhi shi
Ge sui xiang kan zhuo zhuo zi
Feng guang yuan er ru ping si
Han tai mo dao hun you qian
Hao shi wei cheng lan man shi'

Which may be translated as:
'Imperial poem
Looking back after a year, the appearance is vivacious and elegant
The view could be clearly appreciated and admired
In its impregnated form do not say that it is faint and thin
For it is valuable because it has not yet reached full blossom'
