The finely modelled shrine brilliantly enamelled with lotus blooms borne on leafy meandering scrolls below iron-red and gilt-decorated monster-masks linked by beaded chains, surmounted by a lotus-lappet pedestal supporting a set of thirteen graduated Buddhist umbrellas, each tier with delicate floral bands, all supported on a squared turquoise-ground waisted base
