Gilt-finished skeletonized cylinder movement, glazed cuvette, quarter repeating on three hammers, dial with Breguet numerals on white enamel chapter ring, skeletonized centre surmounted by a varicoloured gilt scene depicting a standing gentleman striking a triangle hold by a hand protruding from a cloud above, a monkey striking a scythe and an angel striking an anvil, all apparently in unison with the repeating and observed by a wolf, circular case, engine-turned hinged back, repeating through the pendant, case numbered and stamped with casemaker's mark PHMI, dial and movement signed
