Lot Essay

Cette oeuvre est un hommage à l'artiste irakien Jawad Salim (1920-1961), mort prématurément à l'âge de 41 ans, et auteur du Monument à la liberté se trouvant sur la place Tahrir de Bagdad. Ismail Fattah avait été son élève lorsqu'il suivait les cours de l'Institut des Beaux-Arts de Bagdad.
