Set with a cabochon star ruby weighing 8.28 carats, accented by brilliant and marquise-cut diamonds, flanked on either side by a heart-shaped diamond within a pavé-set diamond surround, to the diamond-set gallery extending to the bifurcated quarter-hoop, mounted in white gold, ring size 5½
Accompanied by report no. GRS2009-040576T dated 29 April 2009 from the Gem Research Swiss Lab stating that the 8.28 carat star ruby is of Burma (Myanmar) origin, with no indication of thermal treatment
