CIRCA 1755, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK
Modelled by P. Reinicke after an engraving of a drawing by François Boucher, the figures in traditional dress, he seated on a chair with his arm over her shoulder and giving her a book, she seated on a stool, before a pierced rococo scroll arbour entwined with flowering plants, the mound base applied with flowers and foliage (tips of fingers of her left hand lacking, slight chipping to tips of left shoes, minor chipping to flowers and foliage)
