This rare bottling was made from three casks, all filled on January 14, 1949 and matured in Speyside for 50 years, until the marrying period which began on May 12, 1999. Bottled in a custom-made, lead-free, hand -made crystal decanter made by Caithness, with copper detail around the neck and featuring a copper ingot, cast from copper reclaimed from the No. 9 spirit still at Macallan.
This is a true opportunity to obtain a piece of distillation history.

The Macallan Millenium bottling, filled into Spanish Oak Sherry casks in January 1949, released into Caithness glass decanter August 1999. Decanter comes in wooden presentation box with lock and key, as well as copper and crystal stopper. Copper neck band around decanter not completely attached.
