The circular top centred by a checkerboard, above a fluted frieze fitted with a drawer, above a faceted shaft and splayed supports terminating in a quadrapartite concave-sided base

Probably acquired at auction in 1903 by Elena Maria Hely-Hutchinson (d. 1944), wife of Richard Walter Hely-Hutchinson, 6th Earl of Donoughmore, for Knocklofty, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, Ireland.
By descent with the Earls of Donoughmore.
