Each on square base with shell corners, with tapering knopped stem and spool shaped socket, with detachable nozzles, the bases later engraved with a coat-of-arms, the nozzles engraved with a crest, marked under base and on sockets

The arms are those of Burrell with Forster quartering another in pretence, for William Burrell (1773-1847) of Broome Park, co. Northumberland and his wife Eleanor (d. 1846), eldest daughter and heiress of Matthew Forster, of Bolton House, whom he married in 1804. (2)
