ATTRIBUTED TO FEDOR RUCKERT BUT MARKED ONLY WITH A KOKOSHNIK FOR MOSCOW, 1896/1908
The lobed sides decorated in polychrome shaded enamels with flowers on a cream ground above ovoid panels of flowers on turquoise, lilac and mint-green grounds, the lower body with olive green pointed petals embellished with gilt tassels terminating in beads
