Apparently no maker's mark, Moscow, circa 1890
Shaped oval, on four spreading feet, the centre decorated with a stylised flower comprised of petal-shaped cartouches enclosing vari-coloured stylised floral and foliate motifs, marked in field
5 5/8 in. (14.3 cm.) wide
