Rat-Tawy was "the Sun Goddess of the Two Lands," the feminine form of Ra/Re. She was connected with the temple of Medamud. (See Wilkinson, Complete Gods and Goddesses of Ancient Egypt, p. 164).

THIRD INTERMEDIATE PERIOD, DYNASTY XXII, 945-712 B.C.
Depicted seated with his arms at his sides, originally wearing a kilt, the belt and tab preserved, and a broad striated wig or headcloth, the ears prominent, the eyes with extending cosmetic lines and conforming brows in shallow relief, the lips pursed into a smile, a hieroglyphic inscription on the back pillar, reading: "A Royal Offering (to) Rat-Tawy, Lady of [Heaven?]..."
