TWO ROMAN GLASS VESSELS
CIRCA 1ST-4TH CENTURY A.D.
Both aubergine in color, including a jar, circa 3rd-4th century, free-blown, with a spherical body, dipping at the shoulders, a short cylindrical neck and a wide, flanged profile mouth; and a ribbed bowl, circa 1st century, hemispherical in form, sagged with sixteen vertical ribs, the wide flaring mouth with a cut-off rim
