Composed of fluted rock crystal barrel-shaped beads, graduated in size, interspersed with gold fluted oval beads framed by garnets, centered by a Neo-Assyrian rock crystal head of Pazuzu, circa 8th-7th century B.C., the leonine demon grimacing, revealing his teeth, perforated vertically; strung with a modern hook-and-loop closure
