Square in shape, the edges rounded, the four sides each with an engraved flat oval face, one with the bust of a bearded man in profile to the left, his head partially encircled by a Pahlavi inscription reading "given by the Moon (god);" one with two bulls, their heads lowered; one with crossed lions, a human head above; and one with a lion attacking a bull; the perforation with the remains of an iron pin
