With fully jewelled nickel finished lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, swan neck regulator, wolf's tooth winding, engraved gold cuvette, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, decoratively pierced gold hands, subsidiary seconds, in plain case (No. 278100), together with Service Chronometrique de l'Observatoire de Geneve Extract from the Register and Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives, case, dial and movement signed
