LIMITED EDITION, number 47 of 120 copies, SIGNED by Apollinaire and Dufy. "Le Bestiaire was Dufy's first major venture as an illustrator. Picasso had originally suggested the project to Apollinaire in 1906, but the latter turned to Dufy when Picasso abandoned the scheme" (From Manet to Hockney 27). Garvey 91; Rauch 43; Castleman p.119.
