The central claw-set cushion shaped mixed-cut sapphire with old-brilliant-cut diamond four stone surround, in a lozenge-shaped mount composed of transluscent red and blue enamel flowerheads each with diamond centre and white and red striped enamel quatrefoil flower head terminals each with diamond collet centres, the reverse with foliate design pendant loop, circa 1890, fitted case
