Lot Essay

A close copy, with some small differences, after the painting Hercules and Antaeus in the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna (inv. GG 1907), formerly attributed to Sebastiano Ricci but now reattributed to Giovanni Domenico Ferretti.
